30 Days Money Back Warranty

Once accepted at delivery, items MAY NOT be returned. Only defective items can be returned for a full compensation
If you are not satisfied with a product because it is faulty, you can send it back to us for a refund or exchange within a period of 30 days after you have received it. Shipping fees to return the item back to us will be at your charge.
In case we deliver a wrong item or broken item, or if the item is not shipped to you within the specified time and /or if you are not provided with a tracking number for your shipment, we may provide you with a full refund, credit or exchange.
For all other reasons, TeknoAVR may facilitate the return of the item, however, the customer must bear reverse shipping costs and the original shipping and duty fees will not be refunded.
All items must be returned unused/unworn with original tags intact and must be accompanied by the RMA form. Returned item that do not match our policy requirements will not accepted.

3 Months Replacement/Free Repair Warranty

Within a period of 3 months from the purchase date, if the product becomes defective or non-functioning, buyers can send back the defective/non-functioning items for free repairs. The defective item would be either repaired free of cost or ay be replaced for a new item, at the sole decision of TeknoAVR. Buyers shall have to pay the shipping fees for sending the item back to us, while we pay the shipping fees to resend the item back to the buyer.

1 Year Warranty

After the 3 month warranty period, if the product becomes defective or non-functioning, buyers can still send back the defective/non-functioning items for free repairs. However, the buyer is responsible for paying all the shipping fees both ways.
Note: If the buyer has damaged the item(s), which shall be decided at the sole discretion of TeknoAVR and the decision shall be final and abiding on the buyer, and which invalidates the warranty, which may require some components to be changed, we will charge for the original value of the components. In that case customer is responsible for all shipping fees involved in the process.

Loss or Damage

If TeknoAVR determines that the loss or damage has occurred due to the fault of TeknoAVR or its fulfilment channel, TeknoAVR will refund the amount charged in the same manner as the buyer has paid. Where this is not possible we will issue a credit to your account that will be applied to your next purchase.

Product Returns or Exchanges

For return of product(s), you must contact us at receipt of the time of receiving the item if it is damaged or not the correct item. We will review your case and if the store where it is purchased from is agreeing to a refund, we will issue you a RMA NUMBER (Return Merchandise Authorization).
Once you receive the RMA info. You must send the item back to us within 2 days. Please do not send any item back without a RMA number

Return of Wrong or Defective Product Shipped

If TeknoAVR has shipped the wrong product(s), the buyer has to notify TeknoAVR at the time of delivery of the product(s) by email. If it is determined by TeknoAVR that it is TeknoAVR’s fault, TeknoAVR will return the product(s) and will refund the purchase price paid by the buyer.

The refund will be given within the time as stipulated by TeknoAVR’s policy

For a defective product, the buyer must notify TeknoAVR within 24 hours from the date of delivery and get a RMA number. Once you receive the RMA info, you must send the item back to us within 2 days. The shipping cost for returning the product back shall be borne solely by the buyer. Please do not send any item back without a RMA number .TeknoAVR will process the refund only if TeknoAVR determines at its sole discretion that the product Wrong or defective. If TeknoAVR decides that the product is not wrong or defective, it may convey the decision to the buyer and buyer can then ask TeknoAVR to either return/reship the product, in which case the reshipping cost would be borne by the buyer, or the buyer can ask TeknoAVR to retain the product and request for a partial refund. The partial refund approval would be at the sole discretion of TeknoAVR and would be abiding on the buyer and TeknoAVR will not have any liability whatsoever in such an event.
